Please read this policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our user. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

1. REFUND

The Platform may additionally charge for any additional features or services available on the Platform from the user. The Platform may at any time provide certain services for Free without any cost and may additionally provide certain Paid services for which the users will be liable to make good a payment to the Platform for the purpose of availing the Services.

The Platform in no manner shall undertake to provide any users with a refund or shall undertake to entertain any refund request for the services provided or availed by the user for which the user has undertaken to make a payment to the Platform. The Platform follows a strict no-refund policy and will in no manner entertain any request for a refund.

2. CANCELLATION

As a user, you have the right to cancel upon placing the request for the services. In case we receive a cancellation notice, we shall cancel your registration immediately, however we will not undertake to process any refund towards any payment made by you for the services availed by you.

The company at its sole discretion may cancel:

1. if it suspects a user has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
2. if it suspects a user has undertaken a transaction that is not following the Terms of use
3. in case of unavailability of a service
4. if the company does not want to provide the user with services

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel their request placed by them in future. Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on the service page, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned herein in case of a conflict.
