Simplifying Complexity: The Power of State of Mind and Repetition

Complex problems are often best solved with simple solutions, while for simple problems we look out for unnecessarily complex approaches.

The human mind, though inherently complex, operates on a few simple fundamental principles—among them are state of mind and repetition.

A better quality of thought, emotion, and behavior stems from a better state of mind—one that is focused, balanced, and high-performing.

The brain learns through repetition; when a process is repeated enough times, it becomes second nature. Similarly, when a highly resourceful and Better state of mind is consistently practiced, it too becomes habitual—your new natural state.

Bilateral Brain Integration

Braintegration enhances emotional well-being and sharpens mental clarity while transforming behaviours through the power of your state of mind. It harnesses your own biology to access a highly resourceful state by applying bilateral brain integration techniques.

Bilateral Brain Integration is a technique that involves engaging both sides of the brain—either at the same time or alternatively —to help them work together more effectively. The idea is to get the left and right hemispheres communicating and coordinating, which can lead to better brain balance. When both sides of the brain are activated in synchrony, it’s believed to boost the brain’s ability to adapt and grow (known as neuroplasticity) and strengthen the connections between them. This kind of brain activity may help improve how we think, learn, and manage emotions.

Brain integration games are designed with one of the Bilateral Brain Integration techniques, which involves Tapping on different parts of the body, like the shoulders or knees, known as Bilateral Rhythmic Tapping. It creates a steady, rhythmic sensation that helps both sides of the brain work together. This kind of gentle, repeated stimulation can help calm the nervous system and ease feelings of stress or anxiety. It’s thought to activate the body’s natural “rest and digest” response, which helps us relax, feel safe, and restore balance.

Brain integration games are also designed with other Bilateral Brain Integration techniques, known as the Bilateral Rhythmic Body Movement. This Technique uses coordinated, rhythmic movements involving both sides of the body to engage and synchronise the brain’s hemispheres. This technique is grounded in neuroscience and has been shown to support emotional regulation, cognitive clarity & focus, and stress reduction.

The Power of State of Mind

Your state of mind shapes how you feel, think, and act.

Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
Albert Einstein

There are no unresourceful people in the world—only unresourceful states of mind.
Our perceptions form the basis of our beliefs, and these beliefs create the stories we tell ourselves. Sometimes, these stories can be very limiting:
“I’m an angry person.”
“I’m a fearful person.”

These limiting stories and beliefs begin to drive our behavior.

Throughout life, we collect some unwanted stories and emotional baggage. Over time, this baggage becomes heavier and heavier, eventually slowing us down.

How Can We Change These Unwanted Stories, Beliefs or Behaviors?

There are four main ways:

  1. Early Childhood

  2. Repetition

  3. Emotional Shock

  4. State of Mind

Braintegration works through the state of mind to provide better perspectives, helping you change unwanted stories, beliefs, or behaviors.

What Triggers Your State of Mind?

Your state of mind can be triggered in two ways:

  • Internal triggers: Your thoughts

  • External triggers: Events sensed by your sensory organs—certain visuals, sounds, or smells can instantly take you back to a state of fear or anger.

Both internal and external triggers take you back to the same limiting story. Then you become the character of the story, and you feel, think, and behave like the character of the story.

So, How Do We Change?

We can change by telling ourselves a different story.
But to tell a different story, we need different resources.

And to access those resources, we must shift our state of mind
to a highly resourceful one.

Your state of mind influences how you feel, think, and act.
If you are in a fearful state of mind, you feel fearful, think fearful, and act fearful.

The Role of Braintegration

Braintegration helps you shift to a highly resourceful and balanced state of mind.
This state brings a variety of resourceful experiences. By integrating the high-resourceful state with the unresourceful state, you disrupt the old pattern and initiate a new, better state.

In this new state, you feel better, think better, and act better.
With these new resources, you can tell yourself a better story.

Humans are the smartest living creatures. We are capable of finding solutions to our problems when we are in a better state of mind.
Braintegration helps you shift to that better state, at your convenience and on demand.

Everyone is a genius. Let your genius grow and inspire others.

The Power of Repetition

Repeat, Repeat, Repeat.

Repetition is one of the most effective ways our brain learns. Just like practicing a dance move over and over helps you get better at it, regularly playing Brain Integration games helps your brain learn how to access a more resourceful and balanced state of mind—on demand.

By repeating these games consistently, you gradually replace unhelpful, unresourceful states (like fear, stress, or frustration) with more resourceful, empowering ones. Over time, your brain begins to adopt these new patterns naturally.

The shift to a more resourceful state of mind doesn’t just affect the specific challenges you’re working on during the game. Like ripples in water, the benefits begin to extend into other areas of your life.

As you continue to practice Brain Integration games, you’ll notice that you start to feel better, think more clearly, and respond more effectively—not just to the challenges, but in everyday situations and activities as well.
