What is State of Mind?
We experience various states of mind, such as happiness, focus, courage, sadness, fear, anger, and more. Some of these are resourceful, while others are unresourceful. Unresourceful states can limit your potential, as your state of mind influences how you think, feel, and act. For example, being in a fearful state causes you to think, feel, and act fearfully, creating a cycle that reinforces negative thoughts and beliefs.
How Braintegration Helps
Braintegration helps you shift to a highly resourceful state of mind, breaking the cycle of unresourceful states. It allows you to think, feel, and act more positively and effectively.
Humans are highly intelligent and capable of solving problems when in the right state of mind. Braintegration enables you to access a better state, anytime, on demand.

The Relive game is played when you want to overcome a specific challenge. Where you relive past unresourceful experiences and use the game’s high-performance state to achieve better outcomes in those situations. Please watch the video for instructions on how to set up and play the Relive game.
Play the relive game 3 or 4 times in intense state for a particular challenge. If the context is very intense you could even play up to 5 to 6 times. Allow at least a fortnight interval between each play.
The intense game lasts 60 minutes and is designed for situations where you need more than 21 minutes of gameplay to overcome a particularly intense challenge. Typically, you would play the intense game for about 30 minutes and then followed by Integration.
Each mode has 7 levels. Start at level 1 and progressively advance to the next Level as the difficulty decreases. The goal is not to rush to level 7—move up only when the current level feels too easy. You might stay at a level for several weeks if needed.
There’s no requirement to complete all levels in one mode before switching. For example, if you’re at level 2, you can continue playing at that level in other modes before progressing to level 3, or you can choose to complete all 7 levels in one mode before moving on to the next.
Actions refer to the physical movements required while playing the game. The number of actions increases progressively from level 1 to level 7. For example, level 1 has 3 actions, level 2 has 5 actions, level 3 has 7 actions, and level 7 includes a total of 15 actions. It is designed so that the challenge gradually intensifies with each level.

You can choose from eight modes. Begin with Symbols mode to get comfortable with the game. Once you’ve completed level 2 in Symbols mode, you can start exploring the other modes. Feel free to select a mode you enjoy one time and challenge yourself with a different mode the next time.

1. Standard game: 21 minutes, typically played twice a week.
2. Relive game: Around 30 minutes, played for specific challenges as needed.

Association to Taste – When you connect a specific taste with a focused, attentive state of mind, your brain forms a strong link between them. Tasting a certain food or drink during the integration phase of the Brain Integration game creates this connection.
Simply savoring that familiar taste can bring back the same focused state.
For example, before tackling a challenging task like studying, working, or preparing for a meeting, take a moment to taste the food or drink linked to your focused state. You could associate using your favorite tea, a piece of dark chocolate, or a refreshing fruit.
Aroma Association – During the integration phase of the game, apply an essential oil or perfume to your wrist. The smell will create a connection with the focused state of mind you experience during the phase. By consistently using the same aroma, a strong link is formed.
Later, you can access that focused state by simply smelling the aroma on your wrist, even when you can’t play the game.
You can use scents like lavender, rosemary, or any essential oil that works for you.
Kinesthetic Association involves linking a specific gesture with a positive experience. By repeating the gesture during a focused experience, it creates a strong connection. Later, performing the same gesture can trigger that state.
For example, holding your palms together during the Brain Integration game creates a kinesthetic association with a focused, attentive state of mind.
Holding your palms together for a few minutes can bring back that focused state. You can use this gesture before a meeting, while talking to someone, before studying, working, waiting in a queue, sitting, or whenever you need to shift to a more focused state.
Visual Association involves connecting specific images, objects, or scenes with the focused, attentive state of mind you achieve after playing the Brain Integration game. Choose an image that resonates with you, like a serene landscape, a loved one, a favorite artwork, or an object with emotional meaning. You can also use a color you like or the neuron gif from the Brain Integration game.
After playing, look at your chosen visual during the Integration phase. Focus on its details and fully immerse yourself in it. Over time, this creates a strong link between the visual and your focused state.
Simply gazing at the visual and absorbing it for a few minutes will bring you back to that focused and attentive state.
Music Association – Background music plays while you play the Brain Integration game. Over time, a strong link is formed between this music and the focused, attentive state of mind you experience during the game.
Simply listening to the background music can trigger that same focused state. You can listen to it while driving, traveling, waiting in line, studying, working, before a meeting, or when you’re feeling down.
Brain loves patterns and associations.
Neurons that fire together, wire together.
When any of the five senses are linked to an experience, that sensory input can trigger the same experience.
You can connect one or more senses to an experience. Start by linking Brain Integration’s high focus and balanced state of mind to one sense, and gradually add others. Over time, all five senses can be connected to this focused state. You can use whichever sense is most convenient to bring back that focused and balanced state when needed.
